At Shopify, I led Design Foundations for Shop Minis, a new developer platform on Shop App, Shopify's consumer-facing product serving 100M+ buyers. As part of the leadership group with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data leads, I helped define the overall strategy and direction. In under six months, my team and I established the platform's design foundations, principles, and guidelines, and shipped a developer toolkit including an SDK, UIKit, and technical documentation, enabling thousands of merchants to create immersive shopping experiences.

Shop Minis are immersive, full-screen buyer experiences within the Shop app, enabling developers and merchants to create custom shopping experiences on mobile using a React SDK that reaches millions of shoppers instantly.
