I spent over four years leading design and building teams across different Volkswagen brands, working on products ranging from consumer-facing experiences to enterprise and internal tools. Alongside this, I contributed to brand design and multiple design systems, championed UX, and advocated for change across the organization.

Here are some notable initiatives I led and helped ship.

WeConnect ID is Volkswagen's flagship EV companion app and the primary touchpoint to its digital ecosystem. It enables drivers to stay in control of their vehicle, from checking their battery range and adjusting climate settings remotely to planning smart routes for everyday trips.

A set of rules and guidelines for an intelligent, situative, and dynamic card system that learns from user behavior across the WeConnect ecosystem, enabling a personalized app experience that adapts to real needs.

I led design for a pilot project to track and trace vehicles across production stages at multiple plants, including indoor mapping infrastructure and outdoor RFID gates. Built on the Volkswagen Industrial Cloud in partnership with Amazon AWS, the project laid the foundation for VW's Digital Production Platform (DPP).
